About
Danielle Vaughan is a mixed media artist who is at her happiest turning one person's trash into another's treasure. The challenge of rescuing rubbish from landfill and repurposing its worth is her default position. Predominantly known for her collage portraits, which have attracted much attention for their detailed likeness, Vaughan's wry humour runs riot on each cardboard 'canvas'. She has had numerous radio & tv appearances including SKY's Portrait Artist of The Year 2018 and divides her time between skip diving and working towards knitting something she actually likes. In 8 years as a freelance artist, my work has found homes as far as The English Bar in Thailand to The Churchill Rooms at Blenheim Palace with equal comfort.
